• Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
  Unfortunately, we can not ship to a P. O. Box.  All of our orders are shipped via UPS insured delivery, and a valid street address is required to ensure proper delivery.  We also cannot deliver to A. P.O. or F. P. O. addresses.

• Can I have an order shipped outside of the United States?
  Yes, we can ship outside of the continental United States.  Please contact us directly with your desired address and we will be happy to quote a shipping rate for you.

• Do you ship all items together?
  In most cases, the order will be shipped all at one time.  However, if an item is not in stock, we will ship the in-stock merchandise in order to provide you with the most efficient service.

• Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
  Florida state sales tax is applied to items shipped to addresses in Florida only.

• What is Victorian Village's return policy?
  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Victorian Village.  If a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us for our Returns and Exchanges conditions.  Provided merchandise is returned within 15 days of purchase date in its original packaging with no evidence of use, we will issue a refund or store credit - whichever you prefer.  Please contact us immediately and we will provide you with further instructions.

• Can I ship my order to a different address?
  Yes you can have your order shipped to an address other than your own.  Simply fill out your address and the address you want your merchandise shipped to on the check out screen.  Merchandise receipts will be sent to the original address.

• Is gift wrapping available?
  Yes, gift wrapping is complementary at the Victorian Village.  We are always more than happy to gift wrap your items in our standard general gift wrap free of charge.  Just indicate that you would like your items gift wrapped on your check out screen.  However, if you require a specific paper (birthday, wedding, baby, etc.), we offer gift wrap that can be purchased.
